Talya Returns as Maison Close Debuts in the Hamptons

As the Hamptons prepares for another vibrant summer season, 3rd Space Hospitality expamds its East End presence with the highly anticipated return of Talya in Montauk and the debut of Maison Close in Southampton.

Known for creating immersive, high-energy dining destinations, the group continues to shape the region’s evolving hospitality landscape with experiences that seamlessly blend cuisine, design, and atmosphere.

Set to reopen Memorial Day Weekend, Talya returns to Montauk with a renewed vision and a striking new beachfront location at 148 South Emerson Avenue. Originally launched in 2023, the concept quickly became a standout, celebrated for its fusion of Greek-inspired flavors, coastal French influences, and a lively, social-forward ambiance. Now positioned beneath the iconic Bounce Beach, the reimagined Talya captures the spirit of the Mediterranean with an elevated coastal setting that feels both transportive and distinctly Montauk.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Geoffrey Lechantoux, the menu continues to draw from Mediterranean culinary traditions, highlighting vibrant Greek flavors and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The design, conceptualized by Plate Creative, reflects a refined evolution of Talya’s signature aesthetic—lush greenery, layered textures, and warm coastal tones come together to create an environment that effortlessly transitions from sunset dinners into the brand’s signature late-night lounge experience.

Further west, Maison Close makes its Southampton debut at the Capri Southampton in mid-June, bringing its celebrated Parisian-inspired concept to a new Hamptons audience. Following the success of its SoHo flagship and previous Montauk outpost, Maison Close introduces a fresh interpretation of French dining, where classic bistro fare meets the relaxed elegance of the French Riviera.

The Southampton space, designed by DMDesign, captures a coastal sensibility inspired by the South of France: effortless, refined, and undeniably chic. Guests can expect a lively yet polished atmosphere, complemented by a menu rooted in classic French technique and elevated with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Chef Lechantoux once again leads the culinary vision, blending Michelin-trained expertise with a modern, approachable sensibility.

Together, Talya and Maison Close reflect 3rd Space Hospitality’s signature approach, creating destinations where dining extends beyond the plate. From golden hour dinners by the water to late-night celebrations that carry into the early hours, both concepts are poised to define the Hamptons dining scene this summer.
