Pierogi One - helmed by Chef + Owner, Adam Tarnowski - promises to transport customers to the heart of Poland with its authentic, homemade cuisine and warm, inviting atmosphere.

This neighborhood gem, located at 900 Biscayne Blvd, serves traditional Polish and Eastern European cuisine reimagined for the modern palate with unique and unconventional fillings.

In 1999, Chef Adam Tarnowski embarked on a culinary adventure working with notable establishments including: Peter Luger Steakhouse (New York), Wolfgang's (New York & Miami), Cantina La Veinte ( Miami), and eventually Zuma (Miami), enriching his expertise before proudly opening Pierogi One.

The star of their menu – pierogi – is crafted with all-natural ingredients, free from preservatives or artificial flavors. Whether you're looking for a quick, healthy breakfast, a casual lunch, or a cozy dinner with family and friends, Pierogi One offers a welcoming space to enjoy the finest Eastern European dishes.
