Chip City Cookies, NYC’s fastest-growing gourmet cookie chain is going to be opening their SECOND (Delray) and THIRD (Miami) location in South Florida this month. See below for full addresses, further details, and their mouth-watering gourmet flavors.

• Chip City DELRAY (302 E Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach) on Friday, May 17 (opens at 11am)

• Chip City BISCAYNE (7285 Biscayne Blvd, Miami) on Friday, May 31 (opens at 11am)

• Chip City MIAMI BEACH (1935 West Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139) opened in 2023

Chip City was born in Astoria, Queens (New York) in July of 2017 as a hobby between two childhood friends (Peter Phillips & Teddy Gailas) who sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today. A small storefront, some equipment, and a dream led the entrepreneurial team, the brand currently now has over 35 locations across NYC + Long Island, NJ, CT, FL, MD, VA, MA, IL and plans to enter new markets in 2024.

While Chip City rotates more than forty unique flavors every year, such as Peanut Butter & Jelly, the Everything Cookie, Oatmeal Apple Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, S’Mores, Lemon Berry, and the Cannoli Cookie, each week the menu changes to offer classic flavors, seasonal varieties and always offers dairy free options.

This year they successfully rolled out imaginative desserts such as, the Chocolate Cupcake Cookie, Frootie Crunch, and most recently, debuted their Thin Chips and Chip Crookies (buttery, flaky croissant stuffed with cookie dough and baked to perfection.)
