The Chester NYC Launches Veuve Clicquot Infused Burgers

This summer, The Chester has elevated their menu by introducing the Road to the Sun pop-up, a collaboration between Gansevoort Meatpacking and Veuve Clicquot. Described as “the perfect harmony of gourmet gastronomy and sparkling sophistication”, the new menu does not disappoint. 

The menu includes The Chester Burger: a juicy and satisfying burger topped with Veuve Clicquot caramelized red onion, plum tomato confit, Veuve Clicquot tempura onion, and swiss cheese. Yum! 

Also featured is The Ratatouille Burger, a flavorful blend of piperade, zucchini, plum tomato, and yellow squash served on a homemade pesto bun. Of course, the delicious burgers pair perfectly with Veuve Clicquot.
