Grazagiving at The Standard Grill: A Mediterranean Twist on Friendsgiving

This November, The Standard Grill is teaming up with Graza, the cult-favorite olive oil brand, to deliver a Friendsgiving feast with a Mediterranean flair. From November 19-23, the classic NYC restaurant will present Grazagiving, a limited-edition menu that reimagines the holiday with bold, olive oil-infused dishes that take inspiration from European summers.

The menu, created by The Standard Grill’s talented chefs Sekine Ndiaye and Frederick Aquino, features a creative blend of Graza’s signature “Drizzle” and “Sizzle” extra virgin olive oils, elevating everything from cocktails to desserts. Here’s a taste of what’s in store:

Cocktails: Olive oil-washed spirits star in inventive drinks like the Escabeche Martini and Marcona Almond Sour, each showcasing Graza’s rich, smooth flavor.

Tapas: Spanish-inspired small plates include Charred Spanish Octopus with smoked Graza Drizzle chili oil and Marinated Shrimp Skewers with Graza Drizzle piquillo sauce.

Entrees: The Million Dollar Chicken, served with sourdough bread and Graza Drizzle EVOO for dipping, offers a luxe alternative to turkey. The Seafood Paella brings Mediterranean flavor to the Thanksgiving table, while the Graza Drizzle Pesto Linguine is perfect for vegetarians.

Desserts: To finish, indulge in Graza Sizzle Olive Oil Cake and Graza Drizzle Olive Oil Gelato, offering a rich, velvety end to the meal.

Available exclusively at The Standard Grill for five nights only, Grazagiving is the perfect way to spice up your Thanksgiving routine. Reservations for tables of 4-8 are available for $95 per person.
