Golden Indulgence Arrives at Americana Kitchen for Valentine’s Week

Running from February 9 through February 15, the experience invites guests to indulge in a customizable multi-course menu, where each dish is crowned with 12 grams of Golden Goat Caviar, elevating familiar flavors into something undeniably decadent.

The experience begins with refined starters such as Fresh Oysters with apple-cucumber mignonette or Bluefin Tuna Tartare layered with citrus crème fraîche, avocado, chives, and sweet soy. For the main course, guests may choose from indulgent offerings including Corn Raviolo with poached lobster tail and smoked clam consommé, Seared Scallops with parsnip purée and beurre blanc, or Grilled Australian Lamb Chops finished with pomegranate glaze.
Dessert arrives in the form of Amor, a romantic chocolate mousse accented with cassis, hibiscus, rose petals, and chocolate sablé.
To complete the evening, the beverage menu is just as elevated. Highlights include a Caviar Martini crafted with Ketel One, Bianco Vermouth, and Golden Goat Caviar, alongside curated Champagne selections from Moët & Chandon and Ruinart, available by the glass or bottle.
