The Beauty Bash of the Season - Maybelline’s Summer Carnival

On June 13th, Maybelline kicked off the summer with a hot beauty bash, hosting a VIP Summer Carnival in Soho to celebrate the launch of their new Lash Sensational Firework Mascara, Lifter Liner, and Sunkisser Multi-Use Liquid Blush and Bronzer, all of which are sure to become staples in your summer makeup routine. 

Upon arrival, guests were greeted by an energetic performer on stilts, immediately fostering a playful carnival vibe. From skee-ball and a vintage photo booth, to customizable t-shirts and charm bracelet stations, Maybelline offered a variety of exciting activities for guests to enjoy. Every detail of the space was perfectly on theme, including seating areas adorned with pillow replicas of Maybelline’s new products. 

Carnival game options included a larger than life Lash Sensational Firework Mascara that doubled as a high striker, allowing guests to test their strength. The new Lash Sensational Firework Mascara is available in three shades, delivering 360° extraordinary lash impact and full flare for up to 24 hours while resisting smudging and clumping. 

Also among the newly launched products celebrated was the Lifter Liner, a creamy lip pencil delivering a smooth glide application and long lasting wear. As carnival goers stopped by various stations to test out and learn more about Maybelline’s new product offerings, they snacked on carnival food including cotton candy, soft pretzels, and french fries, and sipped on delicious complimentary cocktails. Music filled the room as the DJ played some of our favorite summer tunes, creating an amazing energy that had the BELLA team on the dance floor! 

Attendees included influencers, press, and celebrity makeup artists Jaleesa Jaikaran, Kasey Spickard, and Kelli Anne Sewell, all of whom were dressed in colorful summer attire that added to the ultra fun vibe of the event. 

Maybelline’s VIP Summer Carnival was an absolute blast to say the least, kicking off the summer season with a bang. On June 14th and 15th Maybelline opened the event to the public, allowing New Yorkers to explore their new product offerings and take part in the carnival fun!
