One of Miami’s most splendid neighborhoods, the Miami Design District has it all—from food to luxury designer hubs, fashion, arts, architecture, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

This project, a visual feast for locals and visitors, began with Craig Robins. Born in Miami, over 20 years ago Robins set out to elevate what he saw as a ghost area with untapped potential, and began acquiring properties in the zone.

The area that today hosts the Design District was developed and modernized, and over time it caught the attention of influential fashion brands, valuable art collections, leading design houses, and high-end culinary experiences.

In 2011, in a transformative move, the real estate investment and development firm L Catterton partnered with Robins and began encouraging the LVMH group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) to consider the area’s value and the possibility of establishing flagship stores there.

Today, the Miami Design District is home to over 200 brands, including Balenciaga, Fendi, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel; infrastructures such as the "Museum Garage," an architectural marvel; and restaurants led by internationally distinguished chefs—some even boasting Michelin Stars.
