NYC Second Chance Rescue Kicks Off Hamptons Gala Season with Intimate Summer Soirée
An Evening of Compassion and Connection at Southampton Social Club
On a beautiful Hamptons summer evening, NYC Second Chance Rescue welcomed guests to a heartfelt celebration at Southampton Social Club, setting the tone for its upcoming August 8th Hamptons Gala. The intimate gathering brought together animal advocates, philanthropists, and friends of the organization for a night of cocktails, conversation, and purpose.
Nestled in the heart of Southampton, the Social Club’s garden patio provided an elegant yet relaxed setting for the occasion. Guests enjoyed handcrafted cocktails, seasonal bites, and tastings by BIATCH® Tequila, while mingling with the rescue’s dedicated team. Stories of survival and transformation—of animals rescued from unimaginable circumstances—were shared throughout the evening, creating a powerful sense of community and shared mission.
The event served as a meaningful prelude to the organization’s highly anticipated gala, offering supporters a moment to connect more personally with the cause ahead of what promises to be one of the most impactful evenings of the summer.
As twilight settled over the East End, the message of the evening came through clearly: second chances save lives. With renewed energy and generosity from those in attendance, excitement continues to build for the August 8th gala—a larger celebration of hope, resilience, and the power of compassion.
Notable guests in attendance included Alexandra Daddario, Jennifer Brooks, Lisa Blanco, Lisa Rose, Kate McEntee, Kingsley Crawford, Kenneth and Maria Fishel, Leesa Rowland, Larry Wohl, Marc Loeb, Missy Hargraves, Pious and Enzo Weinberg, Ian Duke, and “Aunt” Sue Hrib.
