Miami Swim Week – The Shows Returns with a Bold New Vision for 2026

As temperatures rise in Miami, so does anticipation for one of the fashion industry’s most iconic seasonal events. Miami Swim Week – The Shows returns to Mondrian South Beach from May 25 through May 31, 2026, ushering in a dynamic new chapter under fresh leadership and a reimagined global perspective.

Now led by CEO Sean Rashid and Fashion Event Director Elizabeth Claros, this year’s edition promises to be the most expansive and technically advanced in the platform’s history. With a renewed focus on innovation, production, and international reach, Miami Swim Week continues to solidify its role as a global destination for swimwear and resort fashion.

One of the most anticipated elements of the 2026 shows is the introduction of the largest LED screen ever used at an American fashion show. Paired with enhanced lighting, laser design, and immersive sound, the runway experience will take on a new level of scale and sophistication, transforming the traditional resort presentation into a fully immersive production.

This season will feature more than 40 designers from across the globe, including the UK, Colombia, Holland, Italy, Brazil, Australia, and China, reinforcing Miami’s position at the center of the international swimwear industry. Among the highlights, Ema Savahl Couture will open the Wednesday evening showcase on May 27 in support of the Little Lighthouse Foundation.

The week will also include a meaningful tribute to the late founder Moh Ducis, whose legacy continues to shape the event’s identity. On May 27 and May 28, evening runway presentations will open with a short film and live violin performance honoring his lasting impact on the industry.

Beyond the runway, the week expands into a multi-dimensional experience. Kristin Cavallari will debut jewelry from her brand Uncommon James as part of model styling at RESA, while the SwimFit and Wellness Club returns with four days of citywide programming focused on movement, recovery, and performance.

New this year, the Casa Hammock Showroom will debut within the Mondrian Tower Suites, creating a direct-to-buyer environment for editors, retailers, and stylists, alongside expanded satellite showcases throughout the city.

With elevated production, expanded global participation, and a renewed vision for the future, Miami Swim Week – The Shows is entering an exciting new era — one that blends fashion, technology, and culture in a way that continues to redefine the swimwear industry on a global stage.
