Casa Neos Elevates Miami River Nights With a New Lounge and Members-Only Rooftop
Miami has never been short on nightlife, but along the city’s historic riverfront a new chapter is unfolding, one written in candlelight, Mediterranean textures, and the quiet pulse of late-night energy. With the debut of Casa Neos Lounge and the members-only Casa Neos MM Rooftop, Riviera Dining Group is reimagining the rhythm of an evening out, transforming the Miami River into an after-dark destination where dining, music, and exclusivity move fluidly from one level to the next.
Opening March 6, the two new spaces expand the 30,000 square foot Casa Neos destination into what founder and CEO Gregory Galy describes as a vertically layered experience, where each floor reveals a different mood while remaining part of a continuous narrative.
“At Casa Neos, we think vertically,” Galy explains. “Each level introduces its own atmosphere, but together they allow guests to shape the night organically, moving from dinner to music to intimacy without ever leaving the experience.”
A Lounge Designed for the Night’s Slow Build
On the third floor, Casa Neos Lounge opens its doors at 8 p.m., beginning the evening with the full Casa Neos dinner menu before gradually shifting into a more electric late-night atmosphere guided by DJ-led programming and refined bottle service.
The space mirrors the natural crescendo of the night. Rich woods, earthy Mediterranean tones, sculptural lighting, and textured finishes create a warm and moody environment where plush banquettes and thoughtfully spaced tables encourage both conversation and spectacle. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of the Miami skyline, grounding the lounge in its riverfront setting while the energy inside slowly builds.
It is a room designed to evolve as the evening unfolds. What begins as an elegant dinner destination transforms into a sophisticated nightlife sanctuary as the music rises and the lights dim.
A Garden Suspended Above the River
Above the lounge on the fourth floor, the Casa Neos MM Rooftop offers a more intimate counterpart. Reserved exclusively for members, the open-air rooftop is envisioned as a jardin suspendu, a suspended garden overlooking the Miami River.
The design draws inspiration from hidden courtyards and rooftop terraces scattered across Southern Europe. Terracotta-inspired flooring, lime washed finishes, natural stone, and layered greenery create a setting that feels both timeless and transportive. A sculptural canopy softens the acoustics of the space while candlelight and ambient illumination lend a soft glow to the night.
Low sculptural seating encourages conversation and connection, while a central bar anchored by a calming water feature serves as the heart of the rooftop. The atmosphere is deliberately relaxed and echoes the Mediterranean philosophy of art de vivre, an appreciation for lingering evenings, shared moments, and effortless luxury.
Mediterranean Flavors for the After-Dark Crowd
The culinary program across both spaces reflects Casa Neos’s broader gastronomic vision under the direction of Chef Michaël Michaelidis, Riviera Dining Group’s Head of Culinary and a chef with experience across 26 Michelin starred restaurants.
Served from 8 p.m. through the late evening hours, the menu highlights Mediterranean coastal flavors and pristine ingredients designed to carry guests seamlessly from dinner into the night. Signature dishes include the restaurant’s celebrated Paella and Lobster for Two, White Truffle Pizza, and Kaluga Caviar Pasta, alongside crudos, maki selections, and shareable plates such as Black Truffle Arancini, Fritto Misto, and Spicy Tuna Brioche.
Heartier offerings including Whole Branzino and a 32 ounce Australian Wagyu Tomahawk anchor the menu for those arriving early in the evening. The cocktail program centers on Mediterranean leaning spirits and refined garnishes, gradually evolving in energy as the night progresses. After 11 p.m., bottle service becomes the focal point, echoing the shift from dinner to nightlife.
A Signature Formula for Miami’s New Social Scene
The launch of Casa Neos Lounge and the MM Rooftop builds on Riviera Dining Group’s distinctive hospitality formula, one already proven at the group’s acclaimed MILA Lounge and MILA MM, where dining and nightlife merge seamlessly within architecturally layered spaces.
For RDG, the Miami River offered the perfect canvas for this next evolution. While the river has long been associated with maritime culture and hidden restaurants, Casa Neos is helping reposition it as a refined nightlife destination.
The official opening celebration on March 5 offered a glimpse of that vision in motion. Guests moved fluidly between levels as DJ Kaz James delivered an immersive set while models dressed in intricately handcrafted pieces by Brazilian luxury label Ammi Brazil mingled through the space. Curated displays of the brand’s artisanal crochet designs were woven throughout the venue, creating moments of fashion within the nightlife setting.
The evening drew a notable crowd including David Grutman, Robert Rivani, Julius Dein, Adriana Paniagua, Fernanda Sosa, and a distinguished community of Riviera Dining Group’s MM members.
The result felt less like a traditional opening party and more like a preview of what Casa Neos intends to become. It is a social ecosystem where gastronomy, music, design, and membership intersect.
The Future of the Miami Night
With Casa Neos Restaurant and Beach Club already established along the river, the addition of the Lounge and MM Rooftop completes a vertically integrated destination that reflects Riviera Dining Group’s growing influence across South Florida’s luxury hospitality landscape.
Alongside its portfolio of sought after venues including MILA, MILA Omakase, CLAUDIE, and AVA MediterrAegean, the group continues to shape the city’s evolving nightlife culture by pairing world class cuisine with immersive environments designed for celebration.
At Casa Neos, the formula feels particularly suited to Miami, a city where evenings stretch long past midnight and where the most memorable nights rarely unfold on a single floor.
