What was your most powerful reset this year?
One of the most powerful resets this year was securing two new retail partnerships in Tampa with prestige retailers Oxford Exchange and Hotel Haya. These milestones felt emblematic of how meaningful goals take time, persistence, and belief in your vision.
What habits help you reset and stay aligned?
Staying consistent with prioritizing my mental health and well-being helps me show up as my best self with the energy needed to support our community while still enjoying my own downtime.
How has your idea of success evolved?
Success continues to evolve each year as our brand grows and our circle of inspiring industry leaders expands. The one constant is my commitment to achieving financial freedom and the impact that goal will allow me to make.

What was your most powerful reset this year?
Realizing how deeply our founder story resonates—from my Kentucky roots to building this brand with my daughter—shifted how I show up. Sharing it more openly has helped people connect with Five Springs on a more personal, emotional level.
What habits help you reset and stay aligned?
I make time every morning to learn from founders I admire, whether I’m listening to Mel Robbins or an episode of “How I Built This.” Hearing others share their stories helps me stay grounded and aligned with our own as we continue to evolve.
How has your idea of success evolved?
I’ve come to care less about follower count and more about the depth of our community. Real success is when people engage with the brand because they feel a genuine connection to who we are and what we’re building.
