Sea Cloud Cruises is excited to announce the San Juan Guest Chef Series onboard Sea Cloud Spirit's January 2025 Puerto Rico sailings. Curated by award-winning food writer Kathleen Squires and husband Ronnie Rodriguez, proprietors of Chef’s Dinner Table in New York, each of the four new itineraries will be hosted by an acclaimed Puerto Rican chef handpicked to showcase the island’s culinary culture.
With Puerto Rico in the spotlight, Sea Cloud Cruises hosted a preview of the San Juan Guest Chef Series with a private dinner in New York City at Chef’s Dinner Table - an exclusive and exciting concept in fine dining designed with both chefs and diners in mind, including a state-of-the-art open-design kitchen and furnished in what can be considered "Comfortable Elegance." The menu was designed and prepared by Chef-in-Residence Julie CarriÓn, one of the 4 Puerto Rican chefs featured in our San Juan Guest Chef Series aboard the Spirit.

In addition to the San Juan Guest Chef Series, Sea Cloud Cruises Sea Cloud Spirit will also offer a new itinerary in 2025: the 2025 Miami Roundtrip March 27-April 4 with a pre-cruise hotel stay at The Breakers Palm Beach and Brightline PREMIUM transfer option.
The experience will include New York Times Best Selling Author and Special Guest Lecturer, Les Standiford, and two of his beloved books. “The Last Train to Paradise” is a definitive history of Henry Flagler and the Florida East Coast Railway, closely connected to Brightline. “Palm Beach, Mar-a-Lago, and the Rise of America's Xanadu,” chronicles the unique island in American history including original Sea Cloud owners E.F. Hutton and Marjorie Merriweather Post. Standiford will share stories and tales throughout the journey which includes stops in Miami, Eleuthera, the Exumas, Key West, and multiple days under full sail.
