The attention to detail in the décor was stunning—lush greenery, modern art, and thoughtfully curated spaces that blended luxury with nature. Soft, melodic music played throughout the resort, enhancing the sensory experience and setting the tone for relaxation and indulgence.
One of my most memorable moments was the welcome candlelight dinner under the stars. Set against the backdrop of the ocean. The setting was pure bliss—twinkling lights, the sound of the ocean waves, and a menu that showcased the flavors of Jamaica and a winding table set with beautiful fresh flowers. It was a night where time seemed to stand still, a testament to the resort’s commitment to setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

My Master One-Bedroom Suite was breathtaking. Most nights, I left my patio doors open to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The room was spacious, featuring a separate living room, a bar with a stocked mini-fridge, and a hot tub overlooking the water. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large soaking tub, double sinks, and a huge walk-in shower.
Dining & Nightlife
Gourmet dining is a highlight at Princess Senses The Mangrove, featuring specialty restaurants like Jamrock (Jamaican and Caribbean), The Pearl (Seafood), KA Teppanyaki, Umami Sushi, and Robert’s Flame Steakhouse. My cooking class at KA Teppanyaki with the Executive Chef was a standout experience.
The resort offers many vibrant lounges, including the Blue Note Piano Bar, The Flavour Lounge, and the Rooftop Bar with an infinity pool. For late-night fun, Illusion Nightclub keeps the party going, and guests can unwind at the MVP Sports Bar, which stays open until 4 a.m.
Pools, Beach & Butler Service
The adult-only side was pure tranquility. The beach was pristine, with soft white sand, where I enjoyed peaceful afternoons relaxing on the cabanas. There were no long waits at bars or restaurants, and the attentive butler service ensured a seamless experience. Platinum guests enjoyed reserved cabanas, while multiple pools—including an infinity pool above the lounge and the terrace pool outside the nightclub—offered plenty of space to relax.
