The hotel can also arrange a diverse array of activities including: diving, snorkeling, jetski, stand-up paddleboard, fishing, boating, sailing, a sunset cruise, and a visit to a local village to experience the traditional culture, among others. My guided snorkeling trip to Momi Sand Bar, just minutes away by boat and teeming with an underwater kingdom of colorful fish of all sizes and shapes along with vivid coral, was a highlight of my stay.

There are plenty of spots to catch the gorgeous golden magenta Fiji sunset, while sipping a curated coconut cocktail. My favorite place - Dining at elegant Fish Bar perched over the ocean with panoramic views - was spectacular. The Salt Menu pairs Chef Ritesh Kumar’s renowned seafood dishes and land specialties with a selection of sea salts infused with vibrant flavors and provides an amazing sensory journey. It pays homage to the rich heritage of the villagers who historically were famed traditional salt makers, known for their deep connection to the ocean and its bounty.

The Romantic Dinner - Cabana by Night under the starry sky with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot or wine pairing with four courses is sure to impress.

Other dining venues include all day dining at waterfront Goji Kitchen serving tastiest authentic local specialties and international dishes. I loved their fantastic breakfast buffet with offerings like crab omelettes, noodle soups, dumplings, fresh fruits and smoothies paired with lagoon views. Lagoon House Restaurant & Bar delivers classic Mediterranean fare.

Don’t miss Quan Spa featuring a full menu of pampering and rejuvenating treatments, such as the Ocean View Spa Cabana - for the ultimate relaxation and true Fiji Bliss. You deserve it.
