French Lime is Cultivating the Lives of Women in Vancouver, New Jersey, and Philadelphia

French Lime, a female-established and sustainable activewear brand, was driven to honor and celebrate women in a philanthropic way in light of Women’s History Month. During the week of International Women’s Day, French Lime donated a pair of their city-inspired leggings to local women’s shelters in the their home-base city of Vancouver, as well as New Jersey and Philadelphia. The activewear brand’s wishes are to help in making an empowering and motivating difference to the women of organizations such as Horizon House, Anna Sample House, and Atira Women’s Society. Founded by Denise Saad, French Lime is the sustainable athleisure brand designed to instill confidence. Each set is inspired by her worldwide travels, including Berlin, Copenhagen, Tokyo and more. Horizon House

Beginning in 1952 as a support group for former mental health patients, Horizon House is committed to helping the individuals we serve live a fulfilling life in the community—the life they want and deserve. Horizon House offers emergency short-term housing and support to women with mental health needs and substance abuse.

Anna Sample House

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley’s Anna M. Sample House Complex has been providing service-enriched emergency housing to women, children, and families experiencing homelessness since 1988. The professional staff at Anna M. Sample House is highly skilled and trained in mobilizing the resources, services, and supports individuals and families need to re-establish stability and wellness.

Atira Women’s Society

Atira Women’s Resource Society is a not-for-profit organization committed to the work of ending violence against women, offering safe and supportive housing and delivering education and advocacy aimed at ending all forms of gendered violence. We envision a world where everyone’s human rights are respected and where women and girls have the right to participate fully and effectively in all of the decisions that affect their lives.
