Art Hearts Fashion Ignites New York Fashion Week with Creativity and Inclusivity
New York Fashion Week (NYFW) saw an electrifying showcase of talent this February as Art Hearts Fashion (AHF) returned in grand style. From February 6-9, 2025, the historic Angel Orensanz Foundation was transformed into a hub of innovation, diversity, and artistic expression, further cementing AHF’s role as a trailblazer in the fashion industry.
This season’s runway featured an impressive lineup of designers, both seasoned and emerging, from across the U.S. Designers like Giannina Azar, Kenneth Barlis, Cross Colours, and Raul Penaranda shared the stage with rising stars such as Lena Mars and Mila Hoffman. The event even embraced unique categories like children’s and pet fashion, proving that creativity knows no bounds.
A true highlight of the week was the star-studded model lineup, including international beauty queens such as Miss Universe Ukraine Alina Ponomarenko and Miss Universe Venezuela Stephany Abasali. Their presence underscored AHF’s commitment to inclusivity and global representation.
Beyond the runway, Art Hearts Fashion hosted an insightful panel discussion on February 7, featuring industry leaders like Erik Rosete (AHF President) and Danny Nguyen (Houston Fashion Week President). The discussion emphasized AHF’s merit-based approach, which provides emerging designers with opportunities to showcase their work on prestigious runways. One standout example is designer Lena Mars, who made the leap from student to NYFW designer with the support of AHF and FIT.
The event also spotlighted GRENZENLOS, a groundbreaking platform that has brought international hairdressing talent to NYFW through its partnership with UNITE. This collaboration has bridged the gap between European and American beauty industries, further expanding AHF’s global reach.
