Gourmet Boozy Ice Pop Brand, FrutaPOP, Is Reinventing The Timeless Treat

FrutaPOP is shaking up the dessert scene with its exquisite gourmet, alcohol-infused ice pops, a delightful twist on a classic treat that hasn’t seen much innovation in the past 70 years. Founded by the visionary Tracy Memoli, FrutaPOP is a trailblazer, offering pops made from all-natural ingredients—no added sugars, syrups, or artificial dyes in sight! Since their debut in 2017, FrutaPOP has carved out a unique niche in the food and beverage world, introducing a range of gourmet ice pops with a refreshing kick, all under 5% ABV (alcohol by volume). Their “poptails” include tempting boozy varieties like Lemon Rosé, Guava Cosmo, Piña Colada, Peach Bourbon, and Espresso Martini. And for those who prefer a non-alcoholic option, FrutaPOP has you covered with delicious mocktail flavors, utilizing fruit and vegetable juices, as well as coffee infused ice pops, so everyone can indulge in a frozen treat that’s as sophisticated as it is fun!

Tracy created FrutaPOP as a healthy alternative to all ready-to-eat, frozen cocktails currently on the market in the U.S. Tracy has served as a judge in the International Chocolate Awards and at SIGEP, the world's largest gelato and pastry trade show in the world. Catapulting the brand’s success, Tracy collaborates with some of the world’s largest beverage brands, hotels, corporations, restaurants, and top chefs to create alcohol-infused ice pop flavors.

Utilizing these thoughtful collaborations, FrutaPOP explores how fashion and beauty brands are beating the summer heat and staying cool, with their customized boozy ice pops and mocktail ice pops for fun summertime activations. Collaborations include Theory fashion brand activations, Sol de Janeiro summer parties, Faherty Brand events with custom ice pop flavors, and New York Pride Week events with Happy Socks. Additional powerhouse brand partnerships include Kendra Scott, Monica Vinader, Alexis Bittar, Paul Smith, Ted Baker, French Connection, Bloomingdale’s GlowHaus, Project x NYMD, Banana Republic, Too Faced, and John Frieda.

In addition to the industry’s biggest fashion and beauty brands, FrutaPOP also works with various hospitality houses like JAJA Tequila and Trader Vic’s. FrutaPOP together with Pergola in NYC created JAJA Tequila infused margarita ice pops in three flavors: Mango, Watermelon, and Traditional Lime Margarita. Part popsicle, part cocktail, the alcohol-infused ice pops (aka poptails) contain 5% ABV (alcohol by volume). Pergola will be hosting happy hours in August, serving the branded boozy pops on August 7th and August 28th from 4pm – 7pm. FrutaPOP is also working with Trader Vic’s celebrating their 80th anniversary in August. They’ll be creating custom Mai Tai POPs based on Trader Vic’s ultra-popular cocktail the Mai Tai with customized branded labels. Additional hospitality brands, hotels, and restaurants that have collaborated with the boozy pop empire include Boca Raton Resort & Club, The Breakers Palm Beach, The Ritz Carlton, New York Hilton Midtown, Little Spain, Andaz, Cambria, mCitizen, and Hotel AKA.

FrutaPOP’s reach doesn’t stop there. They have work with tech and entertainment giants like Squarespace, Amazon, Narvar, Tempus Labs, Adobe, Roku, Netflix, Food Network, and Warner Brothers. It’s no wonder FrutaPOP’s founder, Tracy, has been featured in massive publication including USA Today Travel, U.S. News & World Report, TheStreet.com, The Daily Meal and Carats & Cake.

The brand’s success is skyrocketing and there’s more to come from the boozy ice pop empire. To stay in the know or to learn more, visit FrutaPop.com.
