As a reality TV star myself, I know the cameras never lie. Whether I am filming on Bravo, walking red carpets, or hosting fitness segments on television, feeling strong in your body creates a confidence that carries far beyond the screen.
Fitness has always been my foundation — not just for aesthetics, but for energy, mindset, and presence.
And I am not alone. Many of today’s reality stars share a passion for workouts that keep them sculpted, disciplined, and camera-ready.
Here are my personal routines, along with the go-to workouts of other strong women who inspire me.

Fitness is not about perfection. It is about power, commitment, and loving the body you live in.
Whether the audience is millions on TV or just your reflection in the mirror, the message remains the same: A strong body makes a strong woman.
