Sweeten Up Valentine's Day with Tasty Cocktail Recipes

The season of love is upon us! With Valentine's Day a mere couple weeks away, it's time to start planning all of your celebrations. Whether you're counting on a romantic evening in, a Galentine's Day celebration out on the town, or a fun soiree with all of your loved ones, there's countless ways to enjoy. Whip up one of these incredible libations to add to the 'spirit' of the holiday.

Devil’s Kiss

2 oz Dirty Devil Vodka

2 oz Espresso

1 oz White chocolate liqueur

1 oz Coffee liqueu

r1 oz Simple syrup

Espresso beans for garnish & chocolate covered strawberry on the side

Directions: Add the vodka, espresso, white chocolate liqueur, coffee liqueur and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into pre chilled martini glasses. Garnish with three espresso beans and serve with a chocolate covered strawberry on the side.

Party Punch

2 Cups Dos Hombres Mezcal

1 1/2 Cups Pomegranate Juice

1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice

1/4 Cup Lime Juice

1/8 cup Orgeat Syrup

2 Cups Blood Orange Soda

Directions: Add all ingredients to a punch bowl with ice and stir to incorporate. Garnish with orange slices, lime slices and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy with friends and family!

Oxley Winter Gimlet

1.5 oz Oxley Gin

.5 oz clementine or green tea cordial

Dried orange blossom

Directions: For a seasonal twist on the gimlet, stir Oxley gin and Clementine and green tea cordial over ice, then strain. Serve in a small wine glass or goblet, and garnish with dried orange blossom. This serve is perfect for any winter gathering, but will be especially fitting to elevate your Valentine’s Day celebrations.

First Love

1 oz Cutwater White Rum

1 oz rice milk

1/2 oz white chocolate sauce

1/2 oz macadamia nut liqueur

1/4 oz banana liqueur

1/2 oz simple syrup

Directions: Add ingredients to a cocktail tin with pebble ice. Shake and pour into cocktail glass rimmed with strawberry frosting and Valentine's sprinkles.

The Irishman Irish Rose

2 parts The Irishman Founder’s Reserve

1 part Raspberry pureé

1 part fresh lemon juice

.66 part Egg White** alternative Aquafaba (chickpea water)

Directions: Shake with ice & strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 Dried rose buds.

Rose and Raspberry Fizz

1 ½ oz Glendalough Rose Gin

½ oz Raspberry Syrup

½ oz Aperol1

½ oz Soda Water

Directions: Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice. Strain into a tall ice filled glass. Add the soda, then garnish with a raspberry and a freshly torn and slapped sprig of mint.

Lillet Rosé Flambe

3 parts Lillet Rosé

2 parts Brut Champagne

Orange Bitters

Garnish: Lemon twist

Directions: In a tall wine glass pour Lillet Rosé and Brut champagne over ice, and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Bésame

1.5 oz PATRÓN Silver

1 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Agave Nectar

2 Slices of Jalapeno

4 Raspberries

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Add sparkles to rim of coupe glass. Strain ingredients into a coupe glass. Garnish/add sparkles into coupe glass. Salud!
