"Pulling Corks + Filling Forks:" Give back this holiday season with the Pomm Angel Cocktail

Sonoma’s Angels & Cowboys has unveiled their first holiday giving cocktail collaboration with ANA Bar & Eatery, the all-day dining destination in New York City’s Hudson Yards. The two brands share a philosophy of offering high quality food and wine in a casual yet chic environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all types of food and wine lovers.

The Pomm Angel cocktail, created by ANA’s head bartender Brandon Julien, stars Angels & Cowboys Brut, a non-vintage California sparkling wine. The brand is in its second year of their ‘Pulling Corks and Filling Forks’ program, donating a portion of proceeds from every bottle of wine sold to World Central Kitchen (WCK), helping fund meals for those affected by natural and manmade disasters.

The sparkling wine‘s crisp acidity and richness complement the tart sweetness of the pomegranate juice; creating a refreshing cocktail that is given added complexity from the port. The vibrant, deep red hue is perfect for bringing a festive vibe to your holiday season.

Pomm Angel is available now through the holiday season at ANA Bar & Eatery where the Hudson Yards will be shining bright for the holidays with millions of twinkling lights and evergreen trees. The cocktail will be featured for a special price of $8 on Monday, December 5 at the neighborhood’s Sip and Shop event. Guests can enjoy the cocktail with friends and colleagues for an after-work or after-hours gathering and pair it with shareable small plates and snacks as well as gourmet pizza and tacos.

Pomm Angel will be offered during ANA Bar & Eatery’s weekly Happy Hour for $12,  Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm. It is also an easy holiday cocktail to make at home, with a few high-quality ingredients and minimal prep work.
