Top Met Gala Looks Down to the Details
The Met Gala 2024 had an abundance of silver sequins, floral detailing, and dewy pink blush looks. With the theme being Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, the event is the hottest topic on everyone’s tongue today. Many of the fan-favorite looks you can recreate parts of it from home, so you feel like a sleeping beauty yourself.
As co-chair this year Jennifer Lopez came out in a stunning silver dress embedded with jewels and styled with an effortless-looking updo. The messy bun look gives the perfect contrast to her structured metallic dress. Her hair look was created by Lorenzo Martin. He styled the look using a variety of Tresemme products and Shark hair tools.
Another anticipated Met Gala attendee was first-time Emmy winner Ayo Edebiri sporting a halter neck floral dress that is elegant and very on-theme. The young actress wore a glowing makeup look with bubble gum pink blush on her cheeks. Her makeup look was curated by Celebrity makeup artist, Dana Delaney using ILIA Beauty products.

Singer and producer Laufey, seen in a salmon-colored gown looking like roses, also wore ILIA Beauty products- styled by Emily Cheng. The look consisted of soft eye makeup and a dewy foundation.

When it comes to fashion’s biggest event of the year, it’s always time to pay attention to the details- including the nails. Actress Alison Williams wore Michael Kors and matched her nails to her dress using KISS imPRESS Premium in the shade “Vanilla Glazed.” The nails had a delicate custom floral design by Pattie Yankee.
One of my favorite looks of the night was the Bridgerton star, Phoebe Dyenvor. She wore a Victoria Beckham dress in a delicate pink wrapping that draped against her frame. To pair the nude pink dress, celebrity manicurist Mo Quin styled her with KISS Salon X-tend Nails in the style Gloria. A top accessory for many red carpet looks is a statement piece watch. Watchfinder & Co, a pre-owned watch specialist, has accounted for the best watches worn. Some included Jeremy Strong wearing a Richard Mille Up-01 as a statement piece. Serena Williams wore an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak to match her gold look. Donald Glover wore a Cartier Roadster, Dwayne Wade with a Cartier Santos, Jon Batiste with a Cartier Tank Normale, and finally Sebastian Stan with a Cartier Crash. Alexandra Daddario sports the Tag Heuer Aquaracer. Lastly, Corey Gamble had a Patek Philippe Grand Complications.
Filmmaker Sofia Coppola supported her new collaboration with Augustinus Bader- the tinted balms, by debuting the new blam on the red carpet. Her entire makeup look was products from Augustinus Bader and the tinted lip balm worn on the lips and dapped onto her cheeks.
American-British actress Sienna Miller wore a fitting flowy white delicate lace dress paired with a natural makeup look by Wendy Rowe using skincare by EVE LOM.

An honorable mention was BELLA’s talent, the Style Duo Twins styled looks for the Met Gala. Ashley Bellman, an Emmy-winning journalist, was styled in a butterfly baby blue gown from Effies Boutique and new personality Joelle Garguilo was dressed in a delicate mesh dress from Joy Cioci.
