Emilio Estefan and Consuelo Vanderbilt Light Up New York Fashion Week Creating Groundbreaking Show “Latin Ignition” at the Guggenheim
Grammy-winning producer Emilio Estefan teamed up with SohoMuse for a groundbreaking show called "Latin Ignition - The Magic of Art" during New York Fashion Week. The event took place at the famous Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in Manhattan. Estefan Enterprises, Inc. collaborated with the event to showcase the collections of designers Alvin Valley, Laura Garcia, Nabys Vielman, and César Galindo. The runway show combined fashion and art, with performances by Los Rabanes and DJ Hex Hector.

Latin Ignition aimed to celebrate the work of Latino artists and highlight their contributions to the creative energy of the United States. The event also prioritized fair compensation for all workers involved, including hair and makeup artists. By setting this example, Estefan and Consuelo showed their commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the fashion and art industries. Their efforts will have a global impact, promoting equal recognition for artists at all levels.
