Hannah, congratulations on your recent nuptials to Dylan Barbour, the wedding was stunning! What inspired the Parisian destination?

Thank you! It truly has still not sunk in that it is over, the months of planning and secret keeping – it was a labor of love!

I have visited Paris a few times before meeting Dylan and always found myself in awe with the overflow of romance I felt there. Dylan and I first went to Paris together four years ago – right after we were able to announce our relationship –  and although we talked about visiting Paris in Paradise, but nothing prepares you for being in love, in the City of Love. Over the years it became as special to Dylan as it is for me, and it was actually his idea to check out locations in Paris. From there, we booked the Château de Villette as our venue, which looked straight out of a fairytale, and worked with amazing vendors to make our dream a reality. You might’ve not noticed it then, but we rung in 2022 together, on the streets of Paris lit up by fireworks to foreshadow what 2022 had yet to come.

Tell our readers about the planning process. And special vendors that helped bring your dream wedding to life?

W Society helped make our dreams a reality! W Society is a wedding network consisting of local chapters with global connections, and our planners truly tapped all parts of the network on both the US and Europe to ensure each part of our wedding was perfect.

I consider myself extremely blessed to say that Atelier Pronovias created all three of my dresses, with my wedding gown being custom to fit my look and feel perfectly. I took my mom with me to Spain to try on the final design and they nailed it – each and every detail and *chefs kiss*!

From The Bachelor to Bachelor in Paradise, where you got engaged to your now husband, your relationship has always been in the public eye. Did that affect the wedding day in any way – planning, privacy, media exposure?

As you said, our relationship has always been in the public eye, so I think it made the secrecy behind our planning and the fact that the masses weren’t in the know about our wedding that much more exciting! It made the whole experience feel like a romantic mission.

Extensive bridal wardrobes and bridal stylists are trending right now, especially for someone in the fashion industry, like yourself. Your wedding gown was gorgeous, as was your entire wedding wardrobe! Can you share how you chose your looks? And who were the designers – gown, shoes, jewelry – tell us everything!

My wedding mood board was packed with class, 90s supermodel vibes, which I think is somewhat different from the typical trends right now, and Atelier Pronovias totally nailed it! As I mentioned earlier, Atelier Pronovias helped design my dream dress which was a white satin wedding dress with a crystal rhinestone trimmed veil and matching tulle gloves embroidered with Swarovski crystals. I felt like royalty!

My shoes and jewelry were styled by the talented Hope LaVine. She is based in LA so we could meet in person and chat through my preferences, and, honestly, I think she knew be better than I knew myself! Each piece she styled was stunning, it felt like a fever dream that I got to wear such amazing items.

What was some of the other prep that went into preparing for the big day? Beauty treatments, healthy routines?

As we were beginning to plan our wedding, the first thing I thought of was my smile and all the pictures to follow. That’s why to achieve a bright smile, I have been using the Colgate Optic White’s ComfortFit LED Teeth Whitening Kit in advance of any event. I’m so happy with the difference I’ve seen! The best part is how convenient the product is, especially for busy people like me and Dylan. I can easily plug the device right into my iPhone and whiten my teeth while I’m working on my computer, emailing my wedding planner. Talk about multitasking. I am a red wine and coffee drinker too – which are both big strainers – so the ComfortFit LED helped me easily obtain a smile as bright as my dress. The convenience and fast-working formula is exactly what I need to enhance my smile for our wedding pictures.

I believe in accentuating your natural beauty, so some major parts of my wedding prep were actually just me ramping up my normal routine and ensuring I look and feel my best. I started drinking collagen, and even sneaking it into Dylan’s water, to keep my skin hydrated and vibrant.

Lastly, I started really looking at my physical and mental health. Taking mental breaks to check in on myself and making sure I get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. On days I felt slow, it would be a walk, but I love to run and take workout classes to really push myself.

How do you feel post-wedding? Any tips for other brides, regrets, or favorite moments from the big day?

I feel good! Of course, there are a few post-wedding blues here and there because I just truly can’t believe it is over. That said, I would not have changed a single moment or detail. Everything had a personal component to it, from the date being my mother’s birthday, to Dylan’s uncle officiating the ceremony.
