Nadia Manjarrez Bridal Unveils the Spring 2026 Collection: A Journey Through Japan

For Spring 2026, Nadia Manjarrez Bridal draws inspiration from the designer's transformative travels through Japan, blending the beauty of Japanese culture with her signature craftsmanship. The collection explores a delicate balance between structure and softness, continuing the brand's dedication to luxurious fabrics and timeless silhouettes. Classic materials like Italian silk faille, corded lace, and lightweight chiffons are joined by new textures, including macramé, silk charmeuse, and sunburst-pleated fabrics, creating a foundation for refined designs that emphasize movement and form.

This season’s collection is deeply personal. After a three-year delay, Nadia embarked on her long-awaited honeymoon to Japan, where she immersed herself in the culture's profound reverence for detail and craftsmanship. She was particularly captivated by the meticulous artistry of Japanese warriors, known for their innovative use of silk and limited metals. This cultural influence has led to the introduction of new design techniques — from intricate pleating and smocking to sculptural draping — all reflecting historical artistry while maintaining a modern, effortless elegance.

A powerful yet subtle red tone runs throughout the collection, serving as a tribute to the season’s muse and symbolizing heritage and strength. True to her commitment to versatility, Nadia introduces modular elements like detachable capes, arm covers, and stoles, giving brides the opportunity to adapt their look without sacrificing sophistication. The Spring 2026 collection represents the evolution of the Nadia Manjarrez bride: thoughtful, empowered, and grounded in artistry.

About the Designer, Nadia Manjarrez

Born and raised in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico, Nadia Manjarrez was immersed in creativity from a young age. Raised in a family where craftsmanship was a daily ritual, Nadia’s interest in fashion sparked at six years old when she began making doll clothes. Though she initially dreamed of becoming an astronaut, her love for design took precedence, and she pursued a degree in Fashion and Textile Design from the University of Monterrey.

After moving to New York in 2011, Nadia honed her skills through internships and working for renowned luxury eveningwear brands, including Badgley Mischka, Marchesa, Cushnie et Ochs, and David Meister. In 2017, she played a key role in developing Flor et.al, a non-traditional eveningwear brand, before launching Nadia Manjarrez Studio Bridal in 2021.

Known for her innovative, modular bridal designs, Nadia’s creations allow brides to seamlessly transition from ceremony to reception. Her studio is distinguished not only for its modern, customizable wedding gowns but also for its social impact. Nadia exclusively employs Mexican female heads of households, providing economic opportunities and empowerment within her community.

Her work has garnered recognition in top fashion publications, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Brides, and Marie Claire. Nadia’s passion for creating designs that resonate deeply with her clients reflects her belief that life is short and meant to be filled with purpose.

“Throughout 2020, I have learned that life is short and fragile. We are meant to do something impactful that we love, to make up for the many things that we are not able to choose in life.” - Nadia Manjarrez
