Can you briefly tell us a little about your company/job?

As you may know, I have dedicated my entire life to sports presenting. Last year and in the first half of this year, my career of eight years as a host on the largest Hispanic network in the United States, Telemundo, was marked by numerous accolades. These include the Latin Plug award for Best Communicator in the United States and two Telly Awards for my coverage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. These achievements have filled my heart with joy, which is why I have allowed myself some space to explore other strengths I possess, particularly my ability to connect with people. Based on this, I joined the digital platform INFLUUR, led by incredible women I admire, such as Fefi Oliveira, Paula Coleman, Alessandra, and Valeria Angelini. Here, we are responsible for connecting major brands like Netflix, Coca Cola, Subway, TikTok, and Meta, among others, with the world's top influencers.

My work continues in the world of sports, but now I'm leveraging my knowledge, relationships, and empathy to bridge the gap between brands and influencers. I serve as the Sports Account Manager at INFLUUR, leading the company's sports division. This role brings me immense joy as I continue to communicate, but this time, I'm inspiring and guiding brands to reach their objectives and connect with the right people for their campaigns.

What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?

What brings me the most happiness right now is feeling calm and stable, and seeing all that I can achieve in this new phase of my life. I'm a woman who accomplishes everything she sets her mind to, and that is the greatest source of satisfaction for me. Additionally, having the support of an extraordinary boss like Fefi Oliveira and her husband, Steven, who have been guides for me in this new direction in my career, is one of the things that has motivated me the most and makes me want to continue growing in all aspects of my life.

In only one sentence, what would you say is the secret to your success?

Whenever I'm asked this question, I say there are no secrets. The secret to my success is to keep being myself and never give up. Not many know this, but in recent years, I've faced some very challenging situations as well as some very good ones. Life is a balance, and it all depends on the perspective you choose. If you focus on the negative, you might miss out on all the good things that can happen and the difference it can make in changing your perspective. That's why I believe the biggest secret is to never give up and always take risks, without stepping on anyone's toes and with the support of God and your family.
