Can you briefly tell us a little about your company/ job?

I’m the founder of a successful boutique PR agency, https://ggbenitezpr.com which has been in business for 15 years, and also the co-founder of the start-up clean beauty skincare brand, Aloisia Beauty. Most recently, I have added a new venture to my business portfolio: GG Benitez International, a bespoke real estate agency that connects U.S. buyers with the finest luxury investment properties in Dubai and coastal California.

I’m a first-generation Arab-American and lifelong San Diego resident, but I felt bonded to Dubai with my very first step into the city and knew I had to put down some roots there. I’m personally passionate about the art of promotion, making business deals, global travel, and the luxury and travel markets – and Dubai is at the epicenter of all of this. I was inspired to establish GG Benitez International to help high-net worth individuals navigate the complexities of Dubai’s unique real estate market and transaction process. I’m also a licensed real estate agent in the state of California and I’m affiliated with the prestigious firm, Realty Executives Dillon.

At GG Benitez International, our team provides concierge-style, best-in-class service to help clients find the right investment opportunities and their dream properties. We work in collaboration with Dubai’s top-ranked agents and developers to give buyers direct access to the most exclusive off-property listings, and also the most outstanding projects in all stages of development. We also maintain a portfolio of the finest property listings in coastal California.

What's the most rewarding aspect of what you do?

Real estate is both a financial and an emotional transaction. Helping my clients achieve their goals when purchasing a property in Dubai or California, whether it’s as an investment or the vacation home of their dreams, is very gratifying for me. Also, watching clients fall in love with Dubai, as I did, is truly rewarding. 

What would you say is the secret to your success?

My professional career has spanned various areas of sales, public relations, and the luxury and travel industries. I’ve been both an employee and a boss. In addition to my real estate license, I have an economics degree from University of California San Diego - Revelle (UCSD) and a minor focus in writing. All of these skills and experiences have given me an exceptional foothold in Dubai’s real estate industry. With Dubai in particular, I bring a truly unique perspective to its luxury real estate market, since I’m intimately engaged in both Middle Eastern and U.S. culture and I speak English and Arabic fluently.
