How have you empowered yourself to get to where you are?
I listen to my inner guide and mute external voices. Others can infuse you with their own thoughts, fears, and insecurities, and while everyone’s experience is valid, I remind myself that I have my own path to follow, which looks different for everyone.

How do you balance the need for assertive leadership while still creating an inclusive and supportive work environment?
I listen and give space to others to be seen and heard, which is reciprocated by default. I choose to treat everyone with love and respect no matter what, and although that seems simple and obvious, you’d be amazed at how far that gets you.

How can we teach women to stand in solidarity with one another?
Leading by example, by being a woman who supports, encourages, and makes space for other women. We can only teach through action.
Can you share an instance where you had to challenge the status quo?
I’ve chosen to walk away from projects that weren’t in alignment with my integrity or didn’t value my worth as an actor. As a woman, my courage to stand firm in my choices has ruffled some feathers, but the long-term positive ripple effect has proven to be quite fruitful.
