Where Beauty Meets Community: Inside the 2026 Gurus Beauty Soirée in Los Angeles

In an industry that is often defined by trends or product launches, the 2026 Gurus Beauty Soirée proved that the true heart of beauty lies in something far more enduring: community.

Weeks after the exciting 2026 Gurus Beauty Awards held in New York, the celebration continued in Los Angeles, where beauty, wellness, entertainment, and media’s most influential figures gathered for a celebratory evening. Hosted by television personalities Mary Bonnet (Selling Sunset) and Sandra Vergara, the soiree reflected on the Gurus Community and what they had become known for, which is the commitment to creativity, collaboration, and authentic connection.

The event took place inside the enchanting Bloom Boom Boutique Florist, where guests got to feel like they were stepping into a garden rather than a venue. Soft pastel blooms filled the space, while live piano music by Jayden Ostler added an elegant touch. The Guests gathered around the breathtaking displays, including a flower wall, and admired the handcrafted floral bags that were presented to the hosts Mary Bonnet and Sandra Vergara. The details made the celebration memorable and uniquely beautiful.

The evening began with remarks from two-time Emmy Award winner Vincent De Paul, who welcomed Derek Warburton, Founder, Publisher, and Editor-in-Chief of Gurus Magazine. Warburton shared the vision behind the Gurus Beauty Awards, emphasizing the importance of bringing together the people who continue to inspire and shape the beauty industry.

Throughout the night, guests enjoyed signature cocktails from Broken Shed Vodka, wellness drinks from Vital Proteins, a grazing table by Bloom Boards, desserts from Sweet Lady Jane, and as well as fresh coconuts from Runyon Canyon Cart. Guests also had the opportunity to explore interactive beauty experiences and discovered some of the brands helping redefine today’s beauty and wellness space.

Guests browsed the newest editions of Gurus Beauty, featuring Hilaria Baldwin on the cover, before taking home the thoughtfully curated gift bags filled with products from Beekeeper’s Naturals, VSOTO Skin, SipFace, British M, and Nütrops.

Recognition remained a highlight of the evening. Actress Claudia Charriez presented the Best in Design Award to SipFace, while television personality Jai Rodriguez honored Ole Henriksen Spa with the Best in Day Spa Award. Board-Certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael K. Newman, Presented the Dr. Michael K. Newman Award for Best in Supplements to Haroutine, recognizing the commitment to innovation in wellness.

The guest list included an impressive mix of entrepreneurs, actors, editors, industry leaders, and wellness exports. Among those in attendance were Andi Lew, Ashley Alexiss, Camilo Triana, Frankie Blair, Robyn Newmark, William McNamara, and many others who came together to celebrate all the accomplishments of this year’s honorees.

As the evening drew to a close, it was clear that the 2026 Gurus Beauty Soirée was about much more then celebrating award winners. It was a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and the people who continue to bring the beauty and wellness industry forward.

From New York to Los Angeles, Gurus has become more than just an Awards program, but built a community. The Soirée served as a reminder that even though accomplishments deserve recognition, it’s about the relationships behind them that leave the greatest impact.
