Zoro the Drummer Debuts New Memoir: “Maria’s Scarf”

His memoir is a story of a mothers love, a son's preservation, and dreaming big.

Zoro has been voted the number one R&B drummer numerous times. He has written additional novels and is recognized as being an established speaker. As a performer for over 4 decades for some of the most iconic names in music, he sought out to tell a story that is much deeper than just his career as a drummer. 

His memoir is entitled, “Maria’s Scarf.” The scarf was wrapped around him by his mother when she told him that he was going to do something with his life, something big. This scarf can be seen as a motif for belief in oneself.

Maria’s Scarf is described as a love story of a mothers love for her son.
