Meet Model Turned Actress, Arielle Raycene

Having been best known for her extensive modeling career with globally recognized outlets including PLAYBOY, FHM, and MAXIM, Arielle Raycene has made the unbelievable transition from model and content creator to a full fledge actress with the upcoming release of her slasher film KILL HER GOATS, now available on streaming services and VOD. 2023 is looking to be Arielle’s biggest year yet with other projects, including a Mel Gibson film and Pete Davidson’s new series “Bupkis," which premiered Thursday, May 4th on Peacock.

Raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and coming from a background of participating in many sports including competitive cheerleading, and swimming, Arielle uses her platform to be a fierce advocate for body positivity, and self-love, after having the disease hit close to home with her mother suffering from an eating disorder. As a result, Arielle wants to use her platform for positivity to empower everyone going through something similar.

Arielle, tell our readers about your transition from modeling and content creating to acting on the big screen.

I started off modeling at a young age in LA and that led to some acting jobs in commercials. When I moved back to LA I started to model again but began my pursuit towards acting by taking classes and auditioning.

I love horror movies and slasher flicks. Tell us about your new film and how you feel about watching/acting in the horror genre.

Ohhh I’m no good at watching them at all. I get so frightened. I’m that girl that runs from her car to the door in the parking garage in fear of whatever it is I watched that was scary. So I try to limit all of that if possible for my soul but this film is a fun, silly slasher that’s a throwback to the 80’s. It was a wild time to shoot it!

Outside of acting, you are also an advocate for body positivity. Can you tell us why, and the initiatives you are taking towards raising awareness?

Growing up I was around some loved ones who didn’t accept their bodies as they should have and it made me realize how important it is to be nice and loving to ourself. I’m starting a social platform that will show awareness to the body altering and face filtering generation we are in.

What new projects are you working on? Any new movie or TV roles in the works?

I just had my big role in the tv show Bupkis with Pete Davidson and I shot a Mel Gibson film last year but I’m not sure when it will be out. I have a Christmas movie coming up as soon as the strike is over with!
