As an avid late-night binge-watcher, I don't typically watch much reality TV, but my daughter recently recommended Selling the City to me. She thought I'd be inspired by the story – a successful woman, Eleonora, leading a predominantly female team in the high-stakes world of New York City real estate. She was right; I admire Eleonora's journey from humble beginnings to the top of her field. They touch on friendship and partnership issues, loyalty and betrayal, success and disappointment. It was an inspiring show and definitely binge-worthy!

I love the traitors for all the scandalous drama, each of my favorite TV villains bring. You never know who’s going to stab who in the back first and the flat-out gag of it all is they’re all lying to each other.

My guilty pleasure reality TV show is The Bachelor / The Bachelorette. Sure, it can be cheesy and there’s never an episode without a handful of tears, but it is incredibly entertaining. We laugh, we cry, and we choose our favorites as if it’s a fantasy football league. It’s the perfect show to watch with friends, and even if they can’t come over for a bachelor-themed watch party - red roses and all – they are text-ready to review the drama. And don’t worry, if your fan-favorite doesn’t get the final rose, there’s a good chance they’ll end up on Dancing with the Stars (another reality fave!)

Right now, I’m glued to Married to Medicine on Bravo! This show blends real-life relationships, career hustle, and real tea that keep me returning for more. Following a dynamic group of doctors and doctor’s wives, it offers a front-row seat to the world of medicine, marriage, and million-dollar meltdowns. The core cast is unmatched—Dr. Jackie’s wisdom, Dr. Heavenly’s unfiltered commentary, Quad’s quick wit, Toya’s fiery personality, and Dr. Simone’s humor and real talk make every episode a must-watch. Their friendships and feuds feel authentic, balancing success, ambition, and shade-throwing in the best way. But beyond the drama, Married to Medicine highlights women striving for harmony—navigating careers, relationships, and personal growth, sometimes seamlessly, sometimes not, but always in their way. If you love Real Housewives but want a dose of real-life ambition, this show is the prescription you didn’t know you needed!

As avid reality tv show watchers, it is hard for us to pick a favorite. But Big Brother on CBS is a family favorite that we enjoy tuning into with our husbands and sons. Even our parents enjoy watching this competition-based show. We all love seeing the house guests navigate isolation from the outside world, nominate each other for eviction, and compete in over the top challenges for cash prizes. Of course, we all get drawn into the crazy drama and romantic relationships that ensue throughout the season. We often have Big Brother nights where we order in our favorite food and root for our favorite houseguests. We are looking forward to Big Brother 27 coming this summer with Julie Chen Moonves returning as host. But in the meantime, we are binge watching previous seasons to help get us excited for what’s to come!

I love most Bravo TV shows and with the dreary weather and debut of Summer House, this is the show I'm looking forward to the most right now. I love the mess and the drama.
