FLOR DE TOLOACHE RELEASES "NO SIGAS (DON'T SPEAK)" ORIGINALLY PERFORMED BY NO DOUBT
Flor de Toloache continues to push the boundaries of mariachi music, its fusion and instrumentation through this pop release, which reinvents one of the most important ska-rock classics, maintaining the essence of the original smash hit, released on April 15, 1996 and celebrating its 24th anniversary.
"'No Sigas' spins No Doubt’s 'Don’t Speak' into a modern day mariachi anthem channeling all Gwen Stefani’s fierce girl power and sultriness. Moody Cantina vibes and brooklyn street lights set a scene as epic as the women rocking classic mariachi pants with bedazzled stilettos", comments Flor de Toloache.
"No Sigas", is the third single off their latest album "Indestructible", for the Latin GRAMMY (2017) award-winning band who returns with support form renowned Spanish producer Rafa Sardina and several collaborations that include special guests such as Alex Cuba, Miguel and John Legend.
With modern influences from rock, pop and R&B, the album delivers a powerful sound leading to a first Grammy nomination in 2020. Flor de Toloache made history, becoming the first female ensemble to take home a Latin Grammy for Best Ranchero / Mariachi album in 2017.
