Where to Dine During Miami Spice

Miami Spice is in full swing, and three standout restaurants are giving diners plenty of reasons to book a table before the season wraps.

At Zucca in Coral Gables’ historic Hotel St. Michel, guests can experience three-course lunch and dinner menus along with a new Sunday brunch offering. Highlights include pappardelle with lamb ragù, bucatini cacio e pepe with shaved black truffle, wild mushroom risotto with summer truffle, Roman-style veal cutlets, and French toast with pistachio cream and chocolate.

Hereford Grill, the longtime Miami steakhouse known for its charcoal-grilled meats, is participating in Miami Spice for the first time. Its brunch, lunch, and dinner menus feature everything from steak & eggs and grilled flap meat to Australian sea bass, an 8 oz. New York steak, and grilled branzino with shrimp bisque. Dinner guests also receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco or house red wine.

Both Zucca and Hereford Grill are part of the Da Silva Hospitality Group, with a portion of Miami Spice proceeds benefiting the We Love Foundation and its initiatives supporting communities in Venezuela.

Over in Miami Beach, Casa Matilda returns to Miami Spice with a $60 three-course prix-fixe dinner inspired by its bold, modern Latin approach. Guests can choose from signature dishes including Yucatán-Style Ceviche, Prime Skirt Steak, Oaxaca Crab Enchiladas, and Banana Bread Pudding.

Whether you’re craving Italian comfort, classic steakhouse fare, or a taste of Tulum in South of Fifth, these Miami Spice menus offer three very different ways to make the most of the season.
