Swimwear Shines at NYFW: Miami Swim Week® The Shows Takes Over New York

NYFW Shows powered by Miami Swim Week® The Shows, the world’s premier swim and resort wear platform, brought its Spring/Summer 2026 collections to New York with a series of standout presentations at Lavan Midtown. From avant-garde debuts to jet set classics, the weekend was a celebration of swimwear’s evolution into high fashion.

Belletage x L’Animal

On Sunday night, rising label Belletage Swimwear unveiled its debut collaboration with L’Animal. The show opened with Josie Canseco on the runway and Selling Sunset’s Amanza Smith in the front row. Sculptural silhouettes, ocean-inspired prints, and textured fabrics elevated swim and ready-to-wear, creating a vision of raw elegance. The collaboration is now available at belletageswimwear.com.

Melissa Odabash

Marking her 25th anniversary, Melissa Odabash staged a Capri-themed presentation filled with timeless glamour. The front row was star-studded, with Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Countess Luann de Lesseps, and Ramona Singer in attendance. Against 360° LED projections of the Amalfi Coast, models walked in chic linen sets, flattering rompers, sheer kaftans, and statement coverups. A palette of neutrals with touches of denim and pink reinforced Odabash’s jet set aesthetic.

Leila Denise

Where art and luxury converge, Leila Denise delivered sophisticated resort wear with a touch of subtle glamour. Flattering silhouettes with modern detailing came alive through sheer coverups, beaded maxi dresses, tunics, and sculptural cuts enhanced with appliqués and delicate beadwork.

Clarisse Céleste

Drawing inspiration from South America, Clarisse Céleste embraced bold color and bohemian flair. Oversized tassels, ribbon cutouts, fringe, and layered two-piece sets offered a free-spirited yet refined take on beach-to-city style.

Egyptian Blue

Designed in Paris and crafted in Los Angeles, Egyptian Blue showcased bold purple-blue ensembles accented with coordinating headpieces. Sleek black dresses with cutouts and peekaboo panels provided sculptural contrast, embodying fearless elegance.

Smart Swimsuits

Inclusivity took center stage with Smart Swimsuits, featuring animal prints, deep tones, and silhouettes designed for all body types. From dramatic overlays and capes to sheer coverups and maxi staples, the collection exuded jungle-inspired energy.

Element by Elodie

Balancing natural elegance with contemporary design, Element by Elodie presented crisp white and warm rust-toned pieces. Fluid dresses and plunging v-necks flowed alongside tailored two-piece suits, creating a collection that was both airy and structured.

Lemango

Bringing vibrancy to the runway, Lemango showcased a collection that fused style with functionality. This season leaned into an animal-print inspired aesthetic, reimagined through sleek, contemporary silhouettes. A sunny palette of bright yellows and soft neutrals offered balance, while bold touches of black grounded the looks—striking the perfect harmony between playful energy and modern sophistication.

From Odabash’s timeless sophistication to Belletage’s modern edge and the diverse perspectives of emerging designers, Miami Swim Week® The Shows at NYFW proved that swim and resort wear continues to set global style trends.
