Ferraro’s Ristorante Presents: Taste & Learn Featuring Wines from Ceretto, Italy
Ferraro’s Ristorante invites food and wine lovers to embark on an interactive experience entitled, Taste & Learn, on May 18th in Las Vegas, NV. Taste & Learn is a monthly wine-tasting event that provides guests with wine education, authentic Italian small plates, and a decadent menu curated by Ferraro’s Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro.
The program highlights wine from Ceretto. Dating back to 1930, the Ceretto family has produced wine in the Piedmont countryside of Italy. The attendees will dive into the meticulously crafted wines, beginning with a tasting of Arneis Blange, which features intense fruity notes and a hint of minerality. Following that is the Rossana, a flowery red wine, and the Barbaresco, a ripe black cherry with dark currants. The last tasting is a Barolo, a silky red.

Ferraro’s Ristorante is located in Las Vegas; however, is recognized worldwide for its cuisine. The restaurant is modern and luxurious giving guests a one-of-a-kind experience. Ferraro’s Ristorante prides itself on paying attention to details. The restaurant is open daily with a main dining room, private seating, and lounge availabilities.
Tickets for the all-inclusive experience are $125 per person, space is limited.
