To kick off 2024, Lindsay embarked on yet another chapter, marking a significant milestone by becoming a homeowner and investing in her first property in Nashville, a testament to her embrace of new beginnings and boundless determination. “I have been wanting to invest in real estate for a while now, but I just couldn’t figure out exactly where I wanted to invest, nothing felt like the right fit… until I went to Nashville,” says Hubbard. “What I noticed during that trip is that Nashville is the perfect destination for big group trips celebrating different life moments and with no signs of slowing down.”
“To make my decision easier: One of my best friends owns a house across the street, but also another long-time good friend of ours, owns and operates a rental property management business, called Hallson Hospitality, making everything turn-key for me to manage each group rental since I don’t live there to oversee everything myself.”
The playful and modern escape was designed by interior and exterior designer, Somerled Designs. On her design inspiration, the reality TV star shared “It has Nashville elements, a splash of New York City, and a fun sprinkling of my reality TV life on Summer House.” Furnitureland South, the world’s largest furniture store based in North Carolina, furnished the entire home. Hubbard handpicked every piece for the property, which is laden with a southern charm aesthetic.
So, if you’re planning a weekend away with the girls, look no further than Hubb House, says Hubbard. “The location is ideal for any group wanting to visit Nashville because it’s only a 7-minute drive from downtown, Broadway, and the honky tonks! Top Golf is right down the street, as well as Titans stadium. But for most people who want to stay, they can get anywhere they want to go with a short Uber trip from my house!”
