Letter from the Editor-in-Chief: Wellness issue

Your health + wellness are the most important things in your life. They literally impact how everything else happens and is received by you.We’ve learned in time that wellness is not just about physical activity and good nutrition. It includes positive choices and a sense of fulfillment. It helps to know that having overall wellness includes these seven dimensions: mental, physical, social, financial, spiritual, environmental, and vocational. These dimensions are interdependent and influence each other and when one dimension of our wellbeing is out of balance, the other dimensions are affected.
