NYC Second Chance Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 2009 and specializes in rescuing and rehabilitating thousands of abused, neglected, and homeless animals each year. The Rescue Ball is a night where essential funds are raised for these animals that are brought into NYC Second Chance Rescue's care. This year, they are honoring three different animal welfare advocates: Georgina Bloomberg (animal activist, author, & equestrian), Joe Gatto (animal activist, & comedian) and their veterinarian of the year, Dr. Peter Roufali.This incredible ball will be hosted by Tony and Grammy award-nominated actress and singer Orfeh, with music by DJ Geo Roc. Special guests include star of reality tv show, the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga, and actor and rock singer, Constantine Maroulis.
