1. Squats: Squats are an excellent exercise for building lower body strength. It works on your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. To perform a squat, stand with feet shoulder-width apart, lower your body as if you are sitting on a chair while keeping your chest up and your back straight. Return to the standing position and repeat.

2. Push-Ups: Push-ups help strengthen the chest, shoulders, and triceps. To perform a push-up, start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your chest touches the floor and push back up to the starting position. Repeat as many times as possible.

3. Plank: Plank is a great exercise for strengthening your core muscles, including your abs and lower back. To perform a plank, start in a push-up position but with your forearms on the ground. Hold the position for as long as possible, keeping your body as straight as possible.

4. Lunges: Lunges work on your glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings. To perform a lunge, take a step forward with one foot and lower your body until your front thigh is parallel to the ground. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.

5. Jumping jacks: Jumping jacks are a great cardio exercise that works on your whole body, including your heart and lungs. To perform jumping jacks, start with your feet together and arms at your sides. Jump with your feet apart while raising your arms overhead.
