On Thursday evening, November 21st, the Ron Barceló Gran Añejo Dark Series hosted an intimate dinner and spirits tasting at Simon & The Whale in the Freehand Hotel. Guests enjoyed a delicious 3-course meal, carefully crafted for and paired with various Barceló cocktails. The Dominican Rum brand was featured in classics, like the Negroni, and creative mixtures, such as a rum-infused martini topped with champagne - highlighting the versatility, smoothness and palatability of Barceló.
