Sweetheart High-Protein Pancakes

Let’s start off the morning after your wedding night with an impressive “Sweetheart” breakfast moment. These heart-shaped pancakes are topped with strawberries and give off romantic vibes for you and your loved one. It’ll be impressive and oh so sweet!
Ingredients
2 large eggs
¾ cup cottage cheese (low- fat or non-fat)
¾ cup rolled oats
2 scoops Body Construct Vanilla Pudding or Strawberry Short Cake Protein Powder (BodyConstructFitness.com)
2 tsp honey*
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Sea salt to taste
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries or fruit of choice
Directions
Place all ingredients except strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth
Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat
If you’re using heart-shaped molds, place them on the skillet and fill it with 1/4 cup batter
When pancakes start to bubble, remove heart mold and flip pancakes over; cook until golden brown and repeat with remaining batter
Place heart-shaped pancakes on a dish with sliced strawberries
Serve with sugar-free syrup or chocolate sauce, if desired
