On Tuesday, October 4th, Brandon Medford’s CulturePreneur event kicked off the launch of the first-of-its-kind and highly anticipated sales academy with many of today’s biggest names in finance, real estate, entertainment, and entrepreneurship, hosted at the renowned Maserati of Manhattan. In classic Brandon Medford style, CulturePreneur was an evening to remember with red-carpet arrivals, special guests, and fireside chats with industry leaders. Notable attendees and panelists included the national best-selling author, entrepreneur, and co-host of New York's own Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club - DJ Envy, founder of Milano Di Rouge clothing empire - Milano Rouge, critically acclaimed author of "You Owe You" and world-renowned speaker - Eric Thomas, and real estate guru and New York best-selling author - Cesar Piña. To lead the eventful evening were none other than Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings from Earn Your Leisure, a revolutionary media platform with three top 100 podcasts covering finance, business, and the world of entrepreneurship.

One of the highlights of the night was when the author of "You Owe You," Eric Thomas took the stage. Sharing personal anecdotes, Eric inspired attendees to reflect on what they are doing in life, how it is working for them, and what they could be doing better. "As long as I am getting better, my brand is getting better," Eric shared, encouraging audiences to take notes and work on self-growth while on the journey to pursue professional success. In addition, Eric focused on breaking cycles of non-growth, adding "some of you grind but you don't grow." A mantra he used to break down how overworking yourself doesn't necessarily mean achieving personal growth, especially when you are just use to a routine and don't give into learning and nurturing new ideas, practices, and relationships.
