GRYT was founded by Caroline Kusnetz, Carly Kaufman, and Kathryn Beaton- moms, business partners, and experts in functional medicine, public health/education, and brand building. GRYT’s mission is to empower a generation of teens/tweens towards the lifelong healthy habits to develop resilience, self-confidence, and success. The movement and platform are launching on Saturday, May 13th from 2-4 p.m. at Anderson Martial Arts in New York City. Communities of mothers in businesses such as HeyMama, are backing the launch. HeyMama was founded by two hard-working moms, who build on its promise to support women in the workplace by “expanding to new markets, increasing its capacity, and its programs for supporting and connecting members”.

The launch is nothing but ordinary, and cool enough for teens, guests can enjoy:
